Terms and Policies
In order to ensure a pleasant stay for yourself and our other guests, we ask you to please observe these simple terms and policies.
- All reservations and bookings are subject to availability.
- All cancellations must be received in writing.
- All prices listed on this website include GST and are subject to change without notice.
- All fees cover up to 2 people and 1 vehicle.
- All cabins are serviced on departure only.
- Check-in is after 2:00pm. Late check in can be arranged.
- Check-out is by 10:00am or by prior arrangement.
Deposits are required on all bookings.
- Your first night's accommodation cost is required to secure the booking with the balance payable upon arrival.
- Cash, money order or EFTPOS are accepted. Sorry we do not accept AMEX, or Diners. Cheques must clear prior to arrival.
- A booking is not confirmed until the deposit is receipted.
- Deposits must be received within 10 days of booking or cancellation will be presumed.
Cancellations and refunds
- Please check your holiday dates carefully (which is just common sense and courtesy).
- A 100% cancellation fee on deposits paid applies if the booking is cancelled or changed within 14 days of booked arrival date or a no show occurs.
- No refunds for early departures.
- If you do not arrive on the arrival date then the entire booking is treated as cancelled.
- Refunds will only be given within 14 days or more notice of cancellation. Refunds are subject to a $15.00 deduction for administration cost.
- Current drivers licence or current passport identification is required to be presented by those staying in our accommodation.
Dogs
- Dogs are permitted only with pre-approval.
- Dogs must be kept under control at all times and are the owners responsibility.
- Pets are not permitted in our accommodation. This does not apply in respect of a guide dog or hearing dog accompanying its owner.
- Upon arrival customers who bring a dog are required to read and sign the park regulations in regard to animal control. See our Pet Policy page.
Specific needs
- Please advise staff of any special requirements (including linen hire) when making your booking, so that we can aid in facilitating these requirements.
